Can you remove items from an attic with only a pull-down ladder?
Yes. Most attics we clear only have a pull-down ladder. We work carefully to protect the ladder, ceiling and the items coming down.
Do you remove old insulation?
We can haul bagged, non-hazardous insulation. We don't remove loose insulation or anything that may contain asbestos.
Can you clear just part of the attic?
Yes. Show us what goes and what stays, and we'll only take what you point out.
How long does an attic cleanout take?
Most attics take a few hours or less, depending on how much is up there and how tight the access is.
