How to prep
- Point out anything you want to keep
- Drain gas and oil from mowers and small engines
- Set aside paint, chemicals and propane tanks (we can't take them)
- Unlock gates and the shed door, and let us know about pets
What affects the price
How much of the trailer your items fill is the biggest factor.
Riding mowers, tillers and generators take extra effort.
Sheds at the back of the yard or behind narrow gates take longer.
Want the shed itself gone too? We can quote light demolition.
You always get a firm, upfront price before we start.
Responsible disposal
Shed contents are often reusable or recyclable. Metal tools, mowers and bikes go to scrap recycling, usable outdoor furniture and equipment is donated when possible, and only what's left goes to a licensed disposal facility.
Gas cans, old paint and pesticides are common in backyard sheds. They need special disposal, so we can point you to Union County's household hazardous waste drop-off options.
Shed Cleanouts questions
Do you take old lawn mowers?

Can you tear down the shed after you empty it?
Yes. Our light demolition service can take the shed down and haul away the debris, often in the same visit.
Do you take paint, gas cans or chemicals?
No. Hazardous materials need special disposal, but we're happy to point you to local drop-off options.
How long does a shed cleanout take?
Most sheds are emptied in an hour or two, depending on size and how full they are.
